MAHC is holding the first of a series of workshops by Kimalee Williams on Cooperative Finances on Saturday, October 5 between 10am and 2pm in Boston. This link will take you to the registration page.

We’ll also be offering two workshops later this winter, one on Capital Improvement Planning and another on Monitoring and Managing your Cooperative’s Finances. These are a series of workshops to help Cooperative Boards and their property managers work together to take the mystery out of cooperative finances.

We discuss how we’re launching some workshops to give Coop Board Members the tools to get the most out of their property managers.
